Return visit to property for additional or replacement photos due to property changes or weather: $75.00
Each photo will come to you in both high resolution suitable for printing, and formatted for MLS and web use (1200 pixels wide).
Aerial Photography
$75 – $150 – I can get above your property to showcase all the great angles from the sky. Whether it’s raw land/acreage, large home, wonderful views or just get a better angle for those elevated homes. Only $75 when adding aerial photos to an interior photo shoot. $150 when aerial photos are all that's required.
Photo Rights
When you schedule a photo shoot appointment, it signifies you accept the terms of the rights to the photos.
Tierra Dionne Photography retains full rights to the photos and may post, publish or sell.
Photos may only be used on listings photographed by Tierra Dionne Photography.
You may use the photos for the sole purpose of marketing the specific listing or for you as a real estate proffesional.
If the listing expires and the new agent wishes to use the images then a new fee is charged for their use and a portion of that is returned to the original client in the form of a credit towards the next shoot.
